We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, however please note that all items are non-refundable. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us at mimikaykids@gmail.com to start your exchange. 

Shipping

All orders over $60 are free within USA. Flat rate $2 For orders below $60. For Canada standard shipping is $12 for orders $40-$99. $100+ are shipped free.

The customer is responsible for all custom duties.

All items will be shipped within 1-2 days of ordering. Please email us at mimikaykids@gmail.com for any questions or inquires.

Please note once the package has been shipped, we are not responsible for it since it’s out of our hands.  We don’t offer refunds for lost items or late deliveries. However if unfortunately it is the case please contact us at mimikaykids@gmail.com and we can come up with some solution. Keeping our customer happy is our first priority.
