I ordered a dress for my daughters birthday. It clearly says 5-7 business days for shipping. Two weeks later the dress didn’t come. When i tracked it said “label created” but i didn’t move from there. Idk but i think she never took it for shipping. I contact the email address provided to ask them to cancel my order bc i no longer need it and she said she would take a look at what happened. Coincidentally when i contact her the next day it ships, and never gets back to me when i send her another email asking her why she did that? I no longer need it the item. Clearly she didn’t want to give me my money back and she also forgot to ship it so she took it to send and ignored me after that.. So i lost money bc she sent it to me i paid for it and on top of that had to buy another outfit for my daughters birthday. This is horrible service and this little small business should learn to take loses especially when its your fault!!
